Should we define someone by their actions or their intentions?

I definitely don't think we should define someone by their actions or their intentions. I don't believe we should, because everyone makes mistakes. We always mess up a little here and there. It doesn't mean we're bad people, it just means we're human. Another thing is a lot of the time people will say one thing, but mean another. Sometimes we'll say we hate someone, because that's what other people want. But that doesn't make it the truth. Or at times, when people are mad or upset, they say and do things they don't mean. It might not be the right thing to say, but again, people make mistakes.
